From June 1st, 2019 onwards, there will be two important updates made to the administration procedures for theTOEIC® Speaking and Writing tests.
One change is related to note-taking. Up until now, taking note during the administration of the TOEIC® Speaking and Writing tests were forbidden. Effective June 1st, 2019 note taking will now be allowed during the test administrations.
In addition to this, there will also be changes to the preparation times during the TOEIC® Speaking test. These extended preparation times will be effective for all TOEIC® Speaking test forms starting June 1st.

Yes. A late fee of S$32 will be charged for test registration after registration for that test date is closed.
- employees who work at hotels, hospitals, restaurants, international meetings, conventions and sporting events and need to use English on a daily basis
- individuals employed in managerial, sales and technical positions in international business, commerce and industry who use English to communicate in their jobs
- new entrants to the workforce
Yes, as of April 2019, all TOEIC Listening and Reading test format in Singapore is the same as Korea and Japan format.
For Listening & Reading, currently, it is $123.
For Speaking only, currently it is $175.
For Writing only, currently, it is $175.
For Speaking & Writing, currently, it is $240.

We use several locations. We will email you 10 days before test date.
Pay online by credit card, or cheque payment. (Cheque has to reach 10 days before test date) Crossed cheque make payable to Connectere (S) Pte Ltd.
Cash payment has to be made in our office 10 days before the closing date for the test.

Yes. But there is a rescheduling fee of $31. Login to your TOEIC account click booking > current booking > other services and select rescheduling before test date from the dropdown box. If the payment page does not appear, please click the refresh button.
7 to 10 working days after test date for listening and reading test.
2 weeks for speaking only, and speaking and writing test.
You can see your TOEIC scores online by logging into your TOEIC account and following the steps below.
1. Go to your TOEIC account > bookings> past bookings> score 1 & score 2
2. We will mail the hardcopy of your score report to your mailing address.
Go to TOEIC account > click bookings > past bookings > other services > select how many copies you want, whether you want to send it overseas.
Do note that courier fees apply for sending the score reports overseas.
Two years from the test date.
The TOEIC Listening and Reading test is not a pass-or-fail test. The result, in the form of test scores, reflects your English proficiency level on the scale of 10 to 990.
From February 2016 your score reports will include photo of yourself. Please submit an acceptable photo according to our specification in our registration website.
